Free UPS Ground over $375 Ships in 1–2 business days Contiguous U.S.

Shipping

Orders over $375 ship free by UPS Ground. Shipping on orders under $375 is calculated at checkout. We ship to the contiguous U.S. only (the lower 48 states). Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you can find its UPS tracking number on your order status page.

All sales final

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges on refills, chemicals, dispensers or accessories.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, the label and the shipping box, and we'll reship it.

Wrong item

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item you received and its label, and we'll ship the correct one. You don't need to send the wrong item back.

Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, we'll file a claim with UPS and then reship your order.
